You can choose to have your order delivered to your door anywhere throughout Trinidad and Tobago for just $40 TTD flat, regardless of the Location

How it works:

  1. Search/Shop for items
  2. Add to cart
  3. Proceed to checkout; enter billing details, shipping address and method. Select ‘TTD $40 Delivery to anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago with TT Post’
  4. You will receive an order notification in your inbox
  5. TTPost will contact you to confirm delivery details
  6. In 2- 4 business days your order will be delivered

Please note:

  • Due to seasonal peak periods and during the Covid-19 Pandemic, delivery times may be longer due to increased number of deliveries and/or restrictions beyond our control.
  • Due to the potential risks associated with high-risk areas, TTPost is unable to deliver in these areas.  We ask that customers in these areas, contact us for alternative delivery arrangements.

Cash On Delivery- Flat Rate $50TTD

    3. Proceed to checkout; enter billing details, shipping address and method. Select ‘TTD $50 Cash on Delivery to anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago with Spedtt’
    4. You will receive an order notification in your inbox
    5. The courier will contact you to confirm delivery details
    6. In 2- 4 business days your order will be delivered

Return Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order invoice from Miguel Moses & Co
  • Item(s) must be returned to any branch and must be within TEN (10) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for online purchases.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear):

            a) If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.

            b) If the item is not available, Miguel Moses & Co store credit will be issued.

  • There are NO exchanges or returns on the following items:
    • Personal undergarments (swimwear and underwear only).
  • If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.
  • We will refund any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change your mind about your purchase.
  • For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and/or have tags intact, and be unused.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
